Revolut Business

Businesses that want multi-currency banking, team cards, approvals and merchant tools in one platform.

OVERVIEW

About Revolut Business

Revolut Business combines a business current account, multi-currency payments, company cards, team controls, approval workflows and merchant tools in one platform. For an Estonian company it can work well when several people need access to spending and payments and the business wants both banking and finance-management features in the same interface.

Plans start with Basic and scale through higher tiers with larger allowances and more advanced controls. The entry plan includes unlimited team members, while higher plans add broader transfer, FX and spend-management allowances. Revolut also offers APIs and payment-acceptance tools, making it more of a broad financial operating platform than a simple EUR account.

For eligible Revolut Business customers served by Revolut Bank UAB, eligible deposits are protected by the Lithuanian deposit insurance scheme up to the applicable €100,000 limit. Account acceptance still depends on the company type, activity and the residence of the applicant.

Key strengths

  • Licensed-bank setup with eligible deposits covered by the Lithuanian deposit insurance scheme, subject to scheme rules.
  • Strong team functionality with company cards, permissions, spend controls and payment approvals.
  • Multi-currency payments, merchant tools and APIs in one platform.
  • Clear plan structure that can scale from a small team to a larger finance operation.

Key limitations

  • Founder/applicant residence and supported business activities affect eligibility.
  • The lowest plan has limited transfer and FX allowances; higher-volume businesses may need a more expensive tier.
  • Feature availability can differ by plan, legal entity and country.
