FAQ

Questions that affect the choice

When does an Estonian company actually need an ERP?+

An ERP becomes useful when accounting alone no longer gives enough control over inventory, purchasing, production, sales, projects or multiple operating locations. Do not implement one simply because the company is growing — implement it when disconnected systems are creating duplicate work or unreliable operational data.

Which systems combine accounting with inventory or CRM?+

Directo and Odoo combine accounting with broader operational modules. ERPLY is particularly relevant for retail and inventory workflows, Scoro for project- and service-led businesses, and MRPeasy for manufacturing and production planning.

How much implementation work should I expect?+

More than the software subscription suggests. Budget for process mapping, data migration, permissions, integrations, opening balances, product or BOM data where relevant, user training and a controlled cutover. A smaller system implemented well is usually better than a large ERP configured poorly.
